When Things Feels Harder Than You Know They Need to Be

Without strong executive function skills, even the basics can feel overwhelming.

  • Staying organized and on top of tasks feels like a constant uphill battle.

  • Time slips away, deadlines are missed, and responsibilities pile up.

  • Even with the best intentions, follow-through is inconsistent and exhausting.

Meet Your Coach

Marianne Bocock Doyle Executive Function Coaching for Teens & Adults

I'm Marianne Bocock Doyle, an executive function coach with decades of experience as a teacher, coach, and parent.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck—whether it’s your own challenges to manage time and or a child's struggle to stay on top of school and routines.

I’ve helped students build skills to feel more capable and independent, adults manage complex responsibilities, and parents become more confident advocates and collaborators.

With customized strategies and a steady guide, you can move forward. Together, we’ll build the clarity, confidence, and systems that make life feel more manageable—for you or your family.

The Difference Coaching Makes

  • Clarity

Learn how to manage your time better, plan and prioritize, and stay organized with strategies that fit how you work best.

  • Confidence

Strengthen your ability to focus, follow through, and feel good about your progress—so you can trust yourself to handle what’s ahead.

  • Control

Experience real momentum, that builds one small step at a time—at school, at work, or at home—so you can feel accomplished instead of constantly catching up.

Brains, minds are built, not born.

Your Path to Progress

1 | SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION

We’ll discuss what’s getting in your way. You’ll leave with a clear sense of whether EF coaching is the right support at the right time.

2 | CREATE A PLAN

Together, we’ll identify one to three key areas that matter most to you.

3 | BUILD LASTING SKILLS

We’ll collaborate to individualize strategies, practice them together, reflect on what’s working, make adjustments, and build systems to help you stay on track.

I arise in the morning torn between a desire to save the world and a desire to savor the world. This makes it hard to plan the day.
